The room was spacious, and I loved the cozy touches that made it feel like home. I spent time relaxing at the pool and enjoyed a quiet hour in the lounge area. The only hiccup was the fridge buzzing loudly at night, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😄

comfortable stay but minor issues
The room we stayed in offered ample space, with excellent lighting choices that made it feel inviting. The availability of a fridge was a delightful touch, along with high-quality towels and toiletries that enhanced our comfort.
The breakfast area, while nice, felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

The superior double room had a decent layout, providing enough space to move around comfortably. Proximity to the train station made arrivals and departures hassle-free, a real plus for travelers.
Room 301 had two black hairs on the sink, which adds an unexpected twist to cleanliness. The small window was encased in builder's tape, giving a rather unfinished vibe. Breakfast options fell flat with no English breakfast available, replaced instead with halal choices—an oddity for some. We faced a breakfast nightmare with an hour-long wait for food that never arrived, and others in our group had to send their meals back due to errors. The shower in our room didn’t work properly, which meant using one two rooms down that was difficult to turn on. Compounding this frustration was being charged a £50 deposit upon arrival for prospective damages or minibar use, despite the minibar containing no alcohol. All these details certainly put a damper on an otherwise decent stay.
